Vinyasa Yoga – This flowing sequence integrates the whole body through strength, flexibility and balance postures while deepening your connection with mindful breathing. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and centered.
Sun Salutations – Vinyasa style practice designed to help you greet the day and get your body moving with breath and intention. This fun and playful practice flows through a variety of sun salutations to awaken every single cell of the body and quiet the fluctuations of the mind so you can face the day with an overall sense of balance and well being. Appropriate for all levels and abilities as modifications are always available. *This flow is perfect as a pre workout warm up.
Yoga Pilates Fusion – The best of both worlds! A body weight resistance program that offers the gentle toning benefits of Pilates combined with the stretching benefits of yoga. Be prepared to work hard and feel great!
Grounding Yoga – more meditative practice that stays connected to Mother Earth and taps into all her healing qualities. This practice allows for slower movements and longer holds into yin style postures to facilitate a deep release of both muscular and mental tensions. The perfect practice for anyone who wants to feel a profound sense of peace and relaxation.
Mindful Movement – a “come as you are” style class. No yoga experience necessary to get on your mat and connect conscience breathing with embodied stretching techniques. Inhale as you extend or stretch and exhale as you fold or contract to mindfully stay present.
Gentle Flow – Ashtanga based movements using a set series of postures to stimulate & deepen the connection between mind and body.
Social Yoga – Curious, fun-loving, and inviting, this is a class you help design. The entire class is then guided through a sequence of these postures with plenty of options and modifications to allow your yogic spirit to shine. We talk, we laugh, we breath, and we explore the gift of yoga together. And after class enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or champagne and use the spa amenities.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique involving bursts of intense effort followed by short active recovery periods allowing heart rate to stay up to burn more calories in less time.
Core Stability – Strengthening the muscles surrounding the back and abdomen leads to better posture & increased balance allowing all the muscles to work in harmony. Balancing exercises on the bosu and/or on the mat are appropriate for all levels and abilities as modifications are always available.
Shoulder Release – Increase the mobility and stability of the entire shoulder area using rollers and stretches to release tension.
Hip Release – Relieve tension and increase mobility of the entire hip area using these stretches and hip opening techniques
